Max Arata
Max Arata has been part of the Playa Flamingo community since 2014 and serves on the ADI Flamingo Board. With experience in real estate, hospitality, and development, he focuses on government relations, infrastructure projects, and advancing community initiatives into action.

Donna Osborne
Donna Osborne has lived in Playa Flamingo since 1988 and serves as ADI Flamingo Vice President and Co-chair of the Environment Committee. She brings decades of community knowledge and focuses on environmental stewardship, infrastructure, and community engagement.

Sarah Martin
Sarah Martin has lived in the Flamingo area for 18 years and serves as ADI Flamingo Secretary and Co-chair of the Environment Committee. With expertise in tourism and property management, she supports environmental initiatives and community engagement.

Bob Davey has lived full-time in Playa Flamingo for more than 35 years and serves as Co-chair of ADI Flamingo’s Infrastructure Committee. He brings deep local knowledge and focuses on
water, road, and security projects that support the community’s long-term sustainability.

Dr. Sam Shaheen has been part of the Playa Flamingo community since 1994 and serves on the ADI Board as Chair of the Fundraising and Membership Committee. Through Marina Flamingo and the Marina Flamingo Foundation, he helps advance infrastructure, safety, sustainability, and community support initiatives in Flamingo.
